IMF Reaffirms Willingness to Continue Supporting Mozambique

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is satisfied with the reforms made by the government, and is willing to continue supporting the country in key sectors such as health, education, and infrastructure.

The fact was presented to the Head of State, Filipe Nyusi by a delegation from the IMF, during a meeting held this Friday at the Presidency of the Republic.

According to a presidential statement, at the same meeting, the Mozambican statesman pointed to the inflationary pressure affecting the world as an inhibiting factor in meeting some of the objectives of the government's program
