Students create a mobile home that runs on solar energy

"Stella Vita" is the name of the self-sustaining 'on wheels' house that runs on solar power alone created by a group of 22 students at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.

This is a mobile home where you can live and work while you travel, and which runs on solar power only.

According to these students who call themselves " Solar Team Eindhoven", through its solar panels on the roof, the dwelling can generate enough solar energy to drive, shower, watch TV, charge your cell phone, and make coffee.

"By creating innovative and energy-efficient solar vehicles, we inspire today's market and society to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future in both mobility and energy," the team reveals, adding that: "here, you can be completely self-sustainable and independent and you can go wherever you want without harming the environment."

This team of students, the solution for a sustainable future in mobility lies in the vehicles themselves, since, "in one hour, the amount of energy from the sun that hits the Earth is more than the entire world consumes in a year."
