The Maputo City Court has scheduled a hearing for this morning to hear Ossufo Momade, in connection with the ongoing case that the court decided in favor of Venâncio Mondlane, a senior member of Renamo.

It should be noted that in light of the injunction, the Maputo City Court ordered Ossufo Momade to refrain from taking structural decisions and ordered the reinstatement of the exonerated staff.

Information provided by "O País" indicates that Venâncio Mondlane is already at the Maputo City Court and, on his arrival, said that he had gone to court "to prove the facts announced by the courts". Mondlane was accompanied by his lawyer and other members of his cabinet.
