The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Carlos Zacarias, will represent Mozambique at the Forum of gas exporting countries, starting this Tuesday, in Egypt.

This is the first time the country participates in the event after becoming an observer last February.

According to Radio Mozambique the meeting will discuss, among other issues, the global vision of the gas market in the world, the management report of the Executive Committee for the year 2022 and the revision of the long-term strategy.

Ahead of the event, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, met yesterday with the Secretary General of the body with whom he shared information about the gas projects underway in Mozambique.
