Exemption from interest on arrears: where customers with arrears will be able to settle their situation without paying interest on arrears until February 28, 2025.

Exemption from the Reconnection Fee: this measure allows customers who have had their energy supply interrupted for commercial, technical or on-demand reasons to request reconnection at no extra cost until February 28, 2025.

And finally, the regularization of irregular consumption: where all installations that consume energy irregularly on the MV, MTA and GCBT tariffs will be geo-referenced, with retroactive consumption billed.

Also according to the document, customers will be reconnected with a Split Meter, eliminating the payment of 25% for unbilled consumption.

In addition, the Discount Rate on retroactive energy during purchases will be reduced from 75% to 50%.
