Prime Minister Adriano Maleiane said today in Parliament that the government has already paid 323.4 million meticais out of the 457.6 million intended. The amount paid corresponds to 70%.

In the meantime, he said that there are overtime files being checked by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which don't show clear evidence that they were carried out, and that overtime has been recorded on public holidays and non-working days.

The source also said that the government favors the payment of salaries, allowances and others, putting the payment of overtime last.
