Scholarship students leave Mozambique for France

Eleven students left the country this Tuesday, bound for Paris, France, where they will attend several courses at the bachelor and master levels, in the light of scholarships awarded by the company Total in partnership with the French embassy.

This number is part of the 21 students selected through the oil company's online competition as part of its social responsibility.

The chargé d'affaires of the French Embassy, Samuel Richard, understands that the attribution of these scholarships marks the reinforcement of the cooperation relations between the Gallic country and Mozambique.

Students Adolfo Neves and Shainila Panguene, who will take the courses Political Ideas in the Digital Age and Chemical Engineering, respectively, hope to acquire knowledge that will help the country's development.

Total Energies' Commercial Director, Leonardo Nhavoto, explains that one of the criteria for the selection of the grantees was geographic location, with the aim of expanding training opportunities.

The eleven students will attend courses in Engineering, Management and Administration, Accounting, Energy, Biology and Law at different French universities.
