Águas da Região Metropolitana de Maputo wants to upgrade commercial processes

Águas da Região Metropolitana de Maputo quer requalificar processos comerciais

The Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of Águas da Região Metropolitana de Maputo (AdRMM), Castigo Álvaro Cossa, urged the commercial department to re-qualify and frame commercial processes in order to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of services provided.

This orientation was expressed at the opening of the institution's first commercial retreat, which took place recently in Maputo, under the slogan "Commercial Department Committed to Customer Satisfaction Towards Business Sustainability".

In his speech, Cossa mentioned that the retreat aimed to find doors and solutions capable of fully satisfying the customer.

"We must have the ability to sense and listen to the concerns that the customer brings and anticipate their needs. The increased complexity in the external context poses a great challenge to our operation, which demands from us consistent management action and good governance, which translate into critical requirements for the quality of our business processes," said the PCA.

In another development, Castigo Álvaro Cossa said that AdRMM's customer base has grown, in the last 12 months alone, by an additional 123,000 customers who now benefit from a secure source of water from AdRMM.

"Our service is not exclusively about selling the water, but also about supply. This business of selling services has to do with how we communicate with our client. It is from our client that we have to develop all the strategies," he stressed.

It should be noted that the event was attended by plumbers, analysts, attendants, and billers, front-line figures in customer interaction, as well as the directors of the Commercial Department and the respective Board of Directors of AdRMM.
