The Prime Minister, Adriano Maleiane, challenged Mozambican youth on Wednesday (04) to contribute to efforts to preserve peace, consolidate national unity, promote development and ensure the construction of an increasingly prosperous Mozambique.o.

Speaking at the opening of the International Conference on the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Lusaka Accords and the challenges of maintaining peace, he stressed that Mozambican youth is the legitimate heir to the legacy of Mozambique's freedom fighters and self-determination.

"The courage, determination and spirit of sacrifice shown by the combatants continue to be the same qualities necessary for us to be able to face today's challenges," the Prime Minister stressed, quoted by the Sunday newspaper.
