Roque Silva and Daniel Chapo are currently fighting in the second round to determine the Frelimo party's candidate for the October 9 general elections.
Daniel Chapo won 103 votes against Roque Silva's 77. 140 blank votes were cast, forcing a second round because 103 votes do not represent more than 50 percent of the vote.
In third place was Francisco Mucanheia with 46 votes and, in last place, Esperança Bias with just three votes.
