The Mozambican statesman, who was speaking at a debriefing after taking part in the 2nd Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, said that "technology implies knowledge, from this country, which can be invested in Mozambique and at the same time we will gain in the sense that it is extracted in our country, it transforms our country, it adds value; what would cost five can cost 15, but it also employs more people. So there are many areas that we can take advantage of."
