The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, inaugurates today, Wednesday, four areas for berthing ships at the Port of Maputo.

These are Quays 6, 7, 8, and 9, which have been rehabilitated and enlarged to receive ships with greater draft.

According to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic, with the entry into operation of the infrastructure opens the way for an increase in the volumes of cargo handled at the Port of Maputo.
