The President of the Republic said on Thursday in Maputo that the reforms the government is implementing in the management of public funds are restoring Mozambique's confidence with international creditors.
Filipe Nyusi pointed out, as an example of this confidence, the understandings reached with the International Monetary Fund to resume support for the country's Economic Development.
Speaking this Thursday in Maputo, at the opening of the Tenth Coordinating Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the Head of State spoke of the strategy to fight terrorism.
Filipe Nyusi said that the strategy is based on three pillars.
Challenges of Mozambican diplomacy in attracting investments to the country and Mozambique's candidacy to be a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council are some of the themes of the meeting.
The President of the Republic said that Mozambican diplomacy is important for the country to be able to occupy a place in the United Nations security council.
The Tenth Coordinating Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation takes place under the motto "For a Diplomacy of Peace, Investment and Development - New Challenges and New Approaches".
