At least 2,386 candidates will have professional training in various specialties this year in Maputo City, with a view to qualifying them for employment and self-employment.

The information was advanced a few days ago by the Secretary of State in Maputo City, Vicente Joaquim, at the opening of the 2022 academic year of Professional Training, which this year took place under the slogan "For the Standardization and Quality of Professional Training in Mozambique.

The governor guaranteed that the training will also contemplate workers who seek to improve or retrain their profession for a better insertion in the market.

The promotion of opening ceremonies for the school year is, according to him, a way to promote greater visibility, information, and to make known about the training programs provided in the professional training centers in the capital of the country.
