The Government says it is studying ways to revive dormant industries in some parts of the country.

 The Minister of Industry and Trade, who was speaking on Friday in Boane after the inauguration of the Beleza Moçambique factory by the President of the Republic, explained that the recovery process of dormant industries should be accompanied by a feasibility study, in order to assess the relevance of the current situation of market globalization.

Among the industries stopped or closed are Mabor, in Maputo municipality, and Vidreira de Moçambique, in Matola municipality.
