Full-time vacancy for Senior Project Mechanical Engineer in Tete, Mozambique.
Description
- Ensure compliance with maintenance programs and their control indexes, through proper management of human and material resources and planning of activities;
- Ensure the execution of the investments foreseen in the budget for the current year, making constant analysis and feedback;
- Implement goal and objective deployment systems, based on the goals and objectives of the Executive Management and the company;
- To continuously analyze costs in all Maintenance Area Managements of the Operations Executive Management, seeking opportunities to eliminate waste, promoting effective cost reduction with clarity and transparency, supported by actions at all hierarchical levels;
- Provide support and resources to the executive maintenance areas, aiming at reducing material costs and standardizing maintenance performance;
- Interface with key suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with systematic preventive maintenance, through proper planning, scheduling and control of human and material resources, ensuring the availability of equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- 6-8 years of experience in managing large industrial projects;
- Experience in the mining, industrial, steel or oil&gas sector;
- Knowledge in physical planning for project, program and Portfolio management;
- Knowledge of calculation and design software;
- Experience in project planning, development and implementation.
