Stravillia chooses Mozambique for internationalization

Stravillia escolhe Moçambique para internacionalização

Stravillia, a sustainability consulting firm, has chosen Mozambique to open its first branch office outside of Portugal.

The goal is to support Mozambican companies in their journey towards sustainability, helping them understand which ESG (Environment-Social-Governance) issues are most relevant to their organization.

This, so that companies can integrate these issues into their growth strategies in a way that does not compromise the future of the next generations.

According to Francisco Neves, founding partner, "this bet on internationalization came naturally, since Stravillia already has several clients in the country to whom it provides services. On the other hand, "we feel that there is a will and a need to work on the issue of sustainability," he also said.

The line of services to be provided in Mozambique will be common to the Portuguese market, based on areas such as: Sustainability Agenda, Sustainability Roadmap, Carbon Services, Sustainability Reports and Sustainability Indexes and Rankings.

Acting in a transversal way, it proposes to support organizations from the most varied sectors, namely in crucial areas for the country such as Oil and Gas, Coal, Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Fishing. Financial institutions are also a priority target.

As in Portugal, also in Mozambique Stravillia wants to be seen as a reference partner of local companies in the area of sustainability, affirming itself as the solution to the challenges and opportunities that arise in the Mozambican market.

Francisco Neves says that, "in Mozambique, Stravillia will continue to bring its purpose to life, inspiring organizations to action, in order to give back the future to the people and the planet.

With an office in Mozambique and a specialized 100% team allocated to the needs of Mozambican organizations, Stravillia is a company committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Agenda 2030, believing it can have a positive impact on People, Customers, Community and Environment.
