The President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, in the use of the powers conferred on him by Article 162(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Mozambique, has today, May 19, 2025, promulgated and ordered to be published the Law on the Economic and Social Plan and State Budget (PESOE).

The above-mentioned law was recently approved by Parliament and submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation, and the Head of State has verified that it does not contravene the Basic Law.
