Today, the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, will begin a two-day working visit to Sofala province where, among other activities, he will lead the Central Ceremony for the Launch of the 2025-2026 Agrarian Campaign, to be held at the Mafambisse administrative post.

This is an event that marks the start of activities linked to the promotion of agricultural production and food safety in the country.

The visit to Sofala will also include the handover of an educational unit and a factory, according to a statement from the presidency.

Also in Sofala, the Head of State will lead the Opening Ceremony of the First National Meeting of the Heads of Administrative Posts, in the city of Beira.
