The national soccer team, the Mambas, suffered a one-sided defeat yesterday against their Moroccan counterparts in a FIFA Data friendly at the Grand Stade in the Moroccan city of Tangier.

This was the first of two matches scheduled for the current FIFA date window, which serve as preparation for the African Nations Championship (CAN), a competition that will run from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026.

The Mambas' second match is scheduled for next Monday (17), against Chad.
