Mozambique suffers defeat against Mauritania

The national soccer team, Mambas, lost 2-1 in the capital of Mauritania, against its local counterpart, in a private match.

In the first half it seemed that defeat was imminent. At 18 minutes Mauritania scored the first goal of the meeting through the striker Mouhamed Soueid.

The advantage lasted until the 90th minute. And here, on the threshold of the match, the Mambas restored the tie, by the striker of the national champions, Black Bulls, Alexandre Melque.

Just when you thought the result wouldn't change, Mauritania's national team won in the 90th minute through defender Lamine Ba, who plays for Luxembourg's Niedecorn.

This is the second preparation game for the Mambas in the space of three days, after Wednesday's one-goal away draw against Niger.
