The 29-year-old woman who was hit by an armored car belonging to the Mozambique Armed Forces on Wednesday in Maputo during the demonstrations is out of danger.
The information was provided by the director of the Emergency Department at Maputo Central Hospital, Dino Lopes, who explained that the patient arrived in a serious and unconscious state, but after medical care, she is "stable" and can interact with family members and health professionals.
The information was confirmed today by the head doctor of the Emergency Services at Maputo Central Hospital (HCM), Dino Lopes, according to "Notícias."
The doctor also said that the patient had undergone the necessary tests and was evolving positively, with good interaction with her family.
"The patient will not undergo surgical procedures and should be discharged from hospital next week if her clinical condition remains stable," he said.
