A total of 6.5 million meticais was made available this Tuesday (15) to finance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) dedicated to agribusiness in the province of Tete, central Mozambique.
The fund will benefit companies located in the districts of Dôa, Angónia and the city of Tete.
The formalization of the financial support was marked by the handing over of the bonds by the first lady, Gueta Chapo, during a ceremony as part of the 9th Conference on Investment in SMEs, held this week in the city of Tete.
"Initiatives like these are fundamental to consolidating the business ecosystem, making it fairer and more accessible for young people and women looking for a place in the job market. We are available to promote entrepreneurship and economic inclusion," said Gueta Chapo.
