FNB Moçambique recently launched a trio of cutting-edge digital channels - an App, Internet banking and a new Website - in partnership with ebankIT, an Omni channel digital solution - with the aim of offering an improved banking experience to FNB Moçambique's customers.

FNB Moçambique has embarked on an exciting journey into the future, dedicated to improving its customers' banking experience and modernizing its digital channels. In order to simplify banking operations and guarantee convenience and security, FNB Moçambique has launched more intuitive digital channels: an App, Internet Banking and a new Website. These cutting-edge solutions aim to offer simplicity and convenience to the Bank's customers.

The FNB new digital platform reinforce the Banks promise of help by offering a seamless and a more intuitive banking experience. FNB´s clients can rest assured about the safety and convenience of the Bank´s digital channels – the FNB On app access is done through facial recognition and fingerprint technology, while the traditional PIN entry option is still available.

Sansão Monjane, Director of Digital Banking and Information Technology at FNB, said: "The new digital channels bring a number of advantages to our customers: from the security factor, to the customization of content viewing and the simplicity of the steps to carry out daily operations, opening savings accounts, transferring to mobile accounts, among others."
