Emirates has been voted 'Best Global Airline' for the eighth consecutive time by the Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2021. The airline also received distinctions as 'Airline with Best First Class' and 'Airline with Best Economy Class'.

"These awards demonstrate Emirates' strategic approach to continuously improve the onboard and ground experience, offering a safe passenger journey at every touchpoint, leaving no detail behind, while ensuring it meets passenger expectations during the most challenging period the air travel industry has ever experienced," the company advances in a statement.

The airline "also bet on a more digital experience to modernize its travel, bet on a contactless check-in system, offering more guarantees and meeting passengers' expectations for a safe trip," it adds.
