Zambézia province needs more than 2.2 billion meticais to replace road infrastructure destroyed by tropical storm Ana.
In an information released this Wednesday, in Quelimane, at the meeting of the Emergency Operating Committee, led by the Minister of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources, João Machatine, states that the destruction of road infrastructure in Zambezia has made about 800 kilometers of road impassable.
On Tuesday, work began to repair the damage to the bridge over the Licungo River, which connects the districts of Namacurra and Maganja da Costa.
