Reservations for accommodation in Vilankulo city, Inhambane province, are already sold out due to the 2nd Crescendo Azul Conference that starts this Thursday.
According to the provincial government of Inhambane, due to the lack of space to accommodate more tourists as well as the staff that will participate in the conference in the tourist town of Vilankulo, "the alternative to minimize the problem is the neighboring district of Inhassoro which is 100 kilometers away".
According to Daniel Tchapo, governor of Inhambane, contacts are already underway with the district authorities, because Inhassoro, has a capacity of about 4,000 beds.
Daniel Tchapo said that the event is already bringing several gains at that point, since there are areas that ended up benefiting from the power grid thanks to the Crescendo Azul conference.
