The fact is that even with the announcement of a fare reduction, users say that costs are still high, as well as denouncing the limitation of promotions and their duration.

The situation has already reached a level where several citizens are promising to take to the streets in the coming days against the "usurpation of rights that should already be fundamental", according to an open letter circulating on social networks.

"We will all stop buying communication and data packages for 30 days from June 1st," the letter reads.

"We are going to massively paralyze the consumption of telephone products, making minimum use of them, and whenever justified with minimum purchase of packages, so as to generate losses for companies," reads an open letter circulating on social networks.
