The VI Section of the Judicial Court of Maputo City has just issued a search and arrest warrant against the lawyer Alexandre Chivale and a fine of 50,000 Meticals for his blatant evasion of receiving the court notification to appear freely and spontaneous willingness to testify as a declarant in the proceeding at trial concerning the Undeclared Debts.

According to Judge Efigenio Baptista, after all the steps taken by the court officer, "there is no doubt that Alexandre Chivale did not want to receive the certificate that would notify him to appear in court as a declarant.

In these terms, "Chivale incurred the crime of disobedience" , said the judge adding that he is to be taken to court in custody and will be heard in his capacity as administrator of the companies Txopela Investiments, Dandula and Indico Propherty that were created at the direction of the defendant António Carlos do Rosário.
