For the second year running, Tempus Global Group will distinguish, on the 18th of this month, the companies and organizations that stand out most in the country for their excellence in the Employee Value Proposition.

The awards ceremony will take place during a Gala dinner at the Polana Serena Hotel in Maputo, and will be attended by representatives (HR directors and general managers) of the companies and organizations recognized.

The award comes as part of the 2nd edition of Elite Employer, a Tempus Global Group program based on the measurable data resulting from the National Benefits and Human Capital Management Survey, the largest benefits study ever carried out in Mozambique.

The 2nd edition of the Survey took place in September 2022 and 180 organizations took part, a significant increase of 40% compared to the previous edition.

Elite Employer is a powerful tool that allows organizations to quickly and easily compare employees' current benefits and salary packages with those offered by similar organizations in the same country.

It also makes it possible to develop effective plans to improve benefits, if necessary; adopt best practices, or adapt current practices to increase team performance; and attract new talent to companies and organizations.

The Program also helps retain talent, experience and knowledge in existing teams, through robust training and development programs, as well as career development opportunities.

Through Elite Employer, companies and organizations are also able to show newly hired employees, investors, sponsors, donors and customers the importance their organization places on the well-being of its work teams.

Last year, this award went to the following organizations: Aga Khan Academy, Aga Khan Foundation, Banco Big, British American Tobacco, BNI, Cervejas de Moçambique, Coca-Cola, Distell, Elizabeth Glazer, FGH, FHI 360, H2N, Heineken, ICRH Moçambique, IESE, IPAS, JFS - Técnica Industrial, Kenmare Resources, Letshego, Maragra Açúcar SA - ILOVO, Moza Banco, Nestlé, Plan International, Pri Consultants, Sanlam, Sasol, Sociedade & Território Consultoria, Standard Bank, TV Cabo, Tempus Correctores de Seguros Lda ,Vivo Energy, Vodacom and Vale.

Throughout this year, in addition to the recognition, Tempus Global Group will also offer four seminars to Elite Employers on important topics for the development of organizations and Human Resources professionals.

In addition to the seminars, each of the elected organizations will be presented with a benchmark report (an analysis of the best practices used by companies in the same sector) on their positioning in relation to their counterparts in their respective business segment, as well as in the private, public and NGO sectors.
