On Thursday 18 May, Tempus Global Group distinguished 37 organizations that stand out in the country for their excellence in the Employee Value Proposition.

The recognition ceremony took place during a Gala dinner at the Polana Serena Hotel in Maputo, which was attended by representatives (HR directors and general managers) of the companies and organizations recognized.

The session was attended by a special guest from Brazil, Andrea Cruz, a career management specialist. Andrea Cruz is also CEO of SerH1 Consultoria, a company focused on career management for senior executives and on transforming organizational culture.

The organizations were awarded as part of the 2nd edition of Elite Employer, a Tempus Global Group program based on measurable data from the National Benefits and Human Capital Management Survey.

It is the largest benefits study ever carried out in Mozambique. The 2nd edition of the Survey took place in September 2022 and 180 organizations took part, a significant increase of 40 organizations compared to the previous edition.

Of the 37 award-winning organizations, a special mention was made to highlight the Top 10 made up of: Banco BiG, British American Tobacco Mozambique, Cervejas de Moçambique, Coca-Cola Sabco Moçambique, Galp Moçambique, Kenmare Moma Processing (Mauritius) Limited, Moza Banco S.A., Sasol Petroleum Temane, Standard Bank S.A, and Vulcan Mozambique.

In addition to this distinction, Tempus Global Group has announced special events for Elite Employers throughout 2023, including four seminars on current topics of interest to the development of organizations and human resources professionals, who are responsible for ensuring continued investment in human capital.

In addition to the seminars, the company is also preparing a 'breakfast' for each of the elected organizations, where the benchmark on the positioning of this organization in relation to the others.

The organizations will also receive a cost of living survey, the first of its kind in Mozambique, tailored to the HR department, so that they can adapt the job offer to the different regions of Mozambique.
