On 15 May, Tempus Global Group will hold the 4th edition of Elite Employer, a pioneering program in Mozambique that distinguishes organizations with the best people management practices.
The awards gala will take place at the Polana Serena Hotel, bringing together business leaders, human resources executives and representatives of leading institutions from all over the country.
The program's scientific basis is based on the National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management, the largest study of its kind carried out in Mozambique, which took place between August and November 2024, analyzing trends, practices and benefits that shape the national labour market.
This year's edition exceeded all expectations, involving more than 250 organizations from the public and private sectors, international organizations, NGOs and cooperation agencies.
Elite Employer recognizes organizations that excel in five essential pillars of the employee value proposition: Compensation and Benefits, Work Environment, Career, Organizational Culture and Work-Life Balance.
"We believe that the sustainable success of any organization starts with people who are valued, happy and well looked after. The Elite Employer recognizes precisely those that go beyond expectations, putting employees at the heart of their strategies," the senior team at Tempus Global Group said in a statement.
Over the last four years, Elite Employer has established itself as a national benchmark in attracting, developing and retaining talent.
With a data- and evidence-driven approach, the program recognizes excellence and promotes a culture of continuous improvement in people management.
The 2025 edition has the support of Hollard and Global Edge Consultants, strategic partners who, together with Tempus Global Group, are reaffirming their commitment to strengthening human capital in Mozambique.
