Last Friday, the Secretary of State for Sofala, Cecília Francisco Chamutota, called on the magistrates to speed up procedures in order to respond to the demands of citizens who seek answers to their concerns from the justice system.

The exhortation was made as part of the Magistrates' visit to greet the Secretary of State on the occasion of Legality Day, which took place yesterday, the 5th of this month, under the slogan "The Role of the Democratic Rule of Law and Social Justice in the Materialization and Promotion of Human Rights".

In a briefing note, she referred to the need for justice bodies to maintain integrity and impartiality in the application of justice, as well as bringing justice services closer to the citizen.
