Easter Week: Minister of Labor grants day-off tolerance

The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Margarida Talapa, grants tolerance of the day off next Friday, the 15th, to all workers and public employees who profess the Christian religion, on the occasion of Easter Week.

A communiqué indicates that the tolerance of time off, for the whole day, does not cover workers, whose nature of activity does not allow interruption in the public interest.

In the same document, the Minister appeals to citizens to observe measures to prevent the new coronavirus pandemic during Easter celebrations.
