Samora Machel Golf Challenge is the name of the new initiative to promote public diplomacy and Mozambique's international image through golf, according to RM.

This is a project led by Danilo Nhantumbo, who is responsible for Presidential Golf Day, another recognized initiative in Africa to promote diplomacy through golf.

According to RM Desporto, the Samora Machel Golf Challenge also aims to pay tribute to the life and work of the founder of the Mozambican state, including philanthropic actions.

It should be noted that Danilo Nhantumbo runs the Samora Machel Golf Challenge initiative on all continents, with the endorsement of the family of Mozambique's first President, Samora Moisés Machel.
