The National Criminal Investigation Service (SERNIC) says it has clues to the theft of 40 tons of synthetic turf that occurred last April in the Zimpeto National Stadium.

The information was advanced by Saudelino Massingue, substitute spokesperson for SIRNIC at the Maputo city level.

"The investigations are continuing. Soon, we will bring results about this crime of disappearance of the grass at the Zimpeto National Stadium. We have some clues that led us to the clarification of this crime," said Massingue.
