The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, in the use of the powers conferred on him by the Constitution of the Republic, has promulgated and ordered the publication of the law on the punctual organic revision of the Constitutional Council.

According to a press release from the Office of the President, the law was recently approved by the Assembly of the Republic and submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation, with the Head of State verifying that it does not contravene the Basic Law.
