This Tuesday, the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, promulgated and ordered the publication of the Public Probity Law and the Law Revising the Law Approving the Organization, Functioning and Procedure of the Public Accounts Section of the Administrative Court.

The laws in question were recently approved by Parliament and submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation.

The Head of State has verified that the laws do not contravene the Basic Law, according to a press release from the Presidency.
