On Monday (05), the President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, promulgated and had published the Law Amending Law 05/2022, of February 14, which defines the rules and criteria for setting the remuneration of public servants, holders or members of public bodies and holders and members of the bodies of the Administration of Justice and approves the Single Salary Table (TSU), amended and republished by Law 14/2022, of October 10.

The Head of State also promulgated and ordered the publication of the revision of Law 3/93 of June 24, the Private Investment Law.

These are laws recently approved by the Portuguese Parliament and submitted to the President for promulgation, with the Head of State verifying that they do not contravene the Basic Law. (News)
