PR lança fase operativa do diálogo nacional e inclusivo

On Wednesday, the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, announced the start of the operational phase of the Political Commitment for an Inclusive National Dialogue, following the unanimous approval by acclamation of the three essential instruments that will guide the process: the Action Plan, the Terms of Reference for the selection of civil society representatives and the Regulations for the Functioning of the Technical Commission.

"Arrivalamos  to the conclusion quand aquilo quand andra from randsponsabiliquality from Chief of the State has been done", he declared the Head of State, stressing quand o país entra agora numa andtapa decisiva to envolvandtodos the boysbicanos in debatand sobrand o futuro potico and social from nação.

Ahe statements were made to the press after another round of political dialogue held at the Office of the President of the Republic, in the presence of all the signatories of the Political Commitment for an Inclusive National Dialogue.

The government official revealed that the Technical Commission, a body set up as part of the commitment, had drawn up the three structuring instruments submitted for the participants' consideration. The first was the Action Plan, which defines the timetable and work methodology for the coming years; the second was the terms of reference for the selection of civil society personalities who will be part of the process; and the Technical Commission's operating regulations, which define its internal structure, procedures and competencies.

However, during the analysis, only one substantive change was introduced: the replacement of the figure of the supervisor by that of the deputy supervisor, with supervision now being exercised collegially by the four members of the head office, namely the president, vice-president, rapporteur and deputy rapporteur.

The President of the Republic stressed that this change is intended to ensure greater balance and shared responsibility in the conduct of technical work. The new regulation, with this correction, was also unanimously approved by the representatives present.
