The project was designed with the aim of holding a cultural soiree entitled "Nyunga nyunga" to promote the traditional Mozambican music instrument, which belongs to the lamellophone class and is popularly known as Mbira,
Nyunga nyunga is a fingered idiophone of defined pitch with fixed tuning, which is currently in decline in the country.
The methodological paths that underpinned this study include collaborative artistic research in partnership with a qualitative-quantitative approach.
This type of approach was possible through methods such as bibliographical research, participant observation and oral conversations.
