The President of the Board of Directors of the National Road Transport Institute, INATRO, warns that there will be no forgiveness for motorists who are caught drink-driving during the election campaign.
With just a few hours to go before the start of the election campaign nationwide, Nelson Nunes said that INATRO inspectors will be keeping a close eye on all the drivers who will be getting behind the wheel in the caravans, with the aim of eliminating any possibility of alcohol-related accidents.
Quoted by Rádio Moçambique, INATRO's PCA therefore calls for scrupulous observance of the basic rules of driving on public roads, especially during this election campaign period.
Nelson Nunes was speaking to journalists this Friday in Matutuine, Maputo province, at the close of INATRO's fourth consultative council.
