Mozambique is working to boost tourism and make the sector a real lever for the national economy, said Economy Minister Basílio Muhate.
Quoted by R ádio Moçambique, Basílio Muhate revealed that contacts are underway with South African entities, as part of the necessary institutional capacity building that Mozambique's tourism structure needs.
He also said that the contacts are being extended to South African and Mozambican tour operators, who have an interest in the market in the land of the rand.
He added that Mozambique intends to combine tourism with foreign direct investment, exports and business. (Source: RM )
