Mozambique will adopt a new certificate in the next few days phytosanitary. O  The instrument makes it possible to ensure that national products are exported in accordance with internationally required standards.  

According to Notícias Online, the instrument will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, focusing on products of agricultural and livestock origin.

The Minister for Industry and Trade, Silvino Moreno, said that the new certificate contains elements that make it possible to assess the quality of the products to be exported.

"Agricultural products, for example, as time goes by, after they have been harvested, have some impurities that can be microorganisms, dust or other. It is therefore obligatory for countries to export them free of these dangers," he said
