The Ministry of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs (MJACR) is looking for a specialized company capable of guaranteeing the security of projects under development in Cabo Delgado province.

The activity, according to Notícias, is part of a risk and security plan for that part of the country, and should cover some districts.

The company to be hired must be specialized in risk and security matters in order for the initiative to be operational quickly.

In addition, its main missions will be to identify, evaluate and develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks and threats to workers, equipment and intervention areas associated with the implementation of the EDGE project in the region.

The newspaper notes that the resources for drawing up the plan are included in the Digital Economy and eGovernment (EDGE) project, a donation from the World Bank.  

The province hosts projects of varying sizes, some of which have been suspended due to terrorist attacks.
