Millennium bim promove jornada sustentável “Uma Cidade Limpa Pra Mim”

On February 24, Millennium bim promoted the volunteer initiative "A Clean City for Me".  The purpose of this action was to make society aware of the importance of preserving public spaces and protecting the environment, encouraging responsible behavior for the sake of collective well-being.

With the participation of more than 250 volunteers, the event took place simultaneously in several cities across the country, including Maputo, Xai-Xai, Inhambane, Beira, Chimoio, Tete, Quelimane, Nacala, Pemba and Lichinga.

For João Martins, Chairman of the Executive Committee, "our quality of life is directly linked to our actions and behavior in taking care of the environment in which we live. It is everyone's responsibility to ensure public cleanliness through sustainable practices, which contributes to everyone's health and well-being".

This volunteer action is part of Millennium bim's "More Mozambique for Me" social responsibility program, which since its launch has implemented a series of initiatives in the social, cultural, sporting, environmental and educational spheres, with the aim of promoting the well-being of the Mozambican population.
