Venâncio Mondlane, the presidential candidate leading the biggest challenge to the election results in Mozambique since the country's first elections, today announced his governmental measures as President elected by the people. Mondlane has listed a total of 25 measures.

Speaking from his Facebook account, the PODEMOS presidential candidate began by talking about "previous issues" where he said that the demonstrations that the country has seen since October are no longer Venâncio Mondlane's, but are the result of Mozambicans realizing that Mozambique belongs to everyone.

"This struggle, these demonstrations are no longer Venâncio Mondlane's problem, but that of the Mozambican people. It was thanks to these demonstrations that Mozambicans became aware that this country belongs to all of us. So this is one thing, it's another gain from these demonstrations," he said.
