The Maputo provincial government is looking for funding to build the new Provincial Bus Terminal, a project budgeted at more than one billion meticais.

The infrastructure to be built on a 20-hectare area shared between the districts of Moamba and Matola, in the Ngohloza area, is being designed to create convenience in the mobility of people and goods in Maputo province.

Of the approximately one billion meticais needed to build the new terminal, the government only has a little over one million meticais so far.

The information was given to Rádio Moçambique this Tuesday here in Matola by the spokesperson for the Provincial Government on the way out of another session of the Executive Council.

Ludgero Gemo guarantees that there are already partners showing interest in the project.

The new Maputo Provincial Bus Terminal will be built with a futuristic vision, keeping pace with modernity. (RM)
