In a telephone conversation with MZNews today, Elvino Dias, lawyer and representative of the Democratic Alliance Coalition (CAD), said that he has no information about the alleged exclusion of CAD from the electoral race on October 9.

"We have information that there is a document from the National Electoral Commission (CNE) circulating on social networks that says that CAD has been excluded from the electoral race, but I must say that we have not yet received any official information from the CNE about this supposed exclusion," Elvino Dias told MZNews.

In fact, Venâncio Mondlane's lawyer also questions the authenticity of this document because, according to him, it is not duly signed by the members of the CNE.

Elvino Dias says that the CAD is still waiting with great anticipation for the CNE to publish the lists, despite this delay.

However, Dias pointed out that in the event of exclusion from the electoral race, as a lawyer he will appeal the decision using legal means, but he will not be able to control the actions of the people.
