The tire on the aircraft of Mozambique Airlines (LAM), grounded this Monday in Nampula after landing, has already been repaired.

The new tire was put on during the morning hours of today, August 8, 2022, which allowed the aircraft to resume flights, having left Nampula at 10:22 a.m., bound for Maputo, where it arrived at 12:20 p.m., indicates the LAM communiqué received by our newsroom.

It should be noted that the tire that caused the grounding of the aircraft burst during the landing. After positioning the aircraft in the designated landing area, passengers and crew disembarked normally and safely.
